AVG is a good choice to protect your computer from cyberattacks, boasting close to perfect malware detection scores and an extensive feature package. It also includes one of the top firewalls I’ve tested, a reliable web and email scanner as well as powerful tools for optimizing your device. However, it doesn’t have parental controls and reliable ransomware protection. It also can slow down the performance of computers, particularly ones with less power.
